Most of the nurses and doctors are lovely, however there's the odd couple who can be unkind. I understand you're all very busy, but dealing with an incredibly personal issue is very difficult, and there are some nurses who appear irritated if I'm struggling to get the words out, or in one case, the urine out for a urine test. I can't pee on demand, and having someone banging on the door telling me to hurry up because there are other patients doesn't help! I was only in there no more than 5 mins, so it was completely unnecessary. Also, I had to wait about 40 minutes for my prescription, which was bordering on the ridiculous! However, the drop in clinic is a great idea and runs smoothly, and I very rarely have trouble seeing someone if I need to.

Its a busy surgery - dealing with lots of students - but they have good systems in place to make sure people are seen as quickly as possible.

The nurse at the triage was super nice and I could tell she really cared about my situation. In contrast the doctor that visited me afterwards was sort of standoffish and I had the impression I was just a number to him rather than a patient. Overall everyone was very professional and I am satisfied with the care I've received.
